KNOXVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Aubrey Lewis Davis, a Knoxville attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Supreme Court of Tennessee filed January 15, 2008. Mr. Davis was temporarily suspended from the practice of
law on September 19, 2007, for failing to respond to complaints of misconduct. On October 11, 2007, Mr.
Davis filed a Petition to Dissolve and/or Modify the Order of Temporary Suspension. A hearing was conducted
on November 16, 2007. On November 26, 2007, the Hearing Panel recommended that the temporary
suspension be dissolved. The Supreme Court also ordered Mr. Davis to pay the costs of the disciplinary
proceeding.
