RIDGELY ATTORNEY REINSTATED
By Order of the Supreme Court entered on August 27, 2010, Guy Steven Davis has been reinstated
to the practice of law. Mr. Davis was suspended from the practice of law on December 19, 2007. Mr.
Davis filed a Petition for Reinstatement on November 20, 2009. By Judgment filed on June 9, 2010, a
Hearing Panel concluded that Mr. Davisâ license to practice law should be reinstated. The Supreme Court
determined that the judgment of the Hearing Panel reinstating Mr. Davisâ license was appropriate, based
upon proof that Mr. Davis has the moral qualifications, competency and learning in the law required for
admission to practice law and that his resumption of the practice of law will not be detrimental to the
integrity or standing of the bar or the administration of justice, or subversive to the public interest.
Mr. Davisâ reinstatement will become effective ten (10) days after the filing of the Order.
