in Tennessee, alleging cam; acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the: Board of
meessional Rasponsibility considered this matter at its meeting on June 9, 2017.
_ Mr. Iiinson failed to diligently represent his client or expedite the litigation in his clivmt’g post»
divorce case. Mn Hinsan also failed ta adequateiy communicate with his slim? and faflsd to timely
comply with the caurt’s directiozz to submit a scheduling order in the case. Additionally, Mr. Hinson
failed to timely respond to multiple somuxfications sent to him by the Board.
By these acts, Larry Jae Hinson, Jr. has violated Rules of Profesgional Conduct 1.3
