in Tennessee, alleging cam; acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the: Board of
meessional Rasponsibility considered this matter at its meeting on June 9, 2017.

failed to timely respond to multiple somuxï¬cations sent to him by the Board.
