The above complaint was filed. against Susan Marie ReillyS an attomey licensed to practice

law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn Sup‘ Ct. R. 9, the Board

of Professional Responsibility considered these matters at its meeting on March 11, 2016.

Ms, Reilly left the State of Tennessee during her representation of her client, Mary Germ

Without notifying Ms. Garry. Ms. Reilly took .110 further action to advance M's, Garry’s case Ms.

Reilly thereafter 'temninated the represeotation without assisting Ms. Garry in seeming new eounsei

and failed to promptly provide Ms. Garry with her file or refimd unearned fees.

By these acts, Susan Marie Roi 11y has violated Rules of15rofessiorxe1 Conduct 1.3 (diligence),

1.4 (communication), 1.5 (fees), and 1.16 (terminating representation) and is hereby Publicly

Censored for these Violations. Additionally, as a condition of the Public Consume, Ms. Reilly shell be

required to refund $l,705.00 in fees to Ms. Gam‘y within one hundred eighty (180) days of issuance

of this Public Censure.
