Suspended for one (1) year by order entered January 10, 1995. She failed to appear and
represent a client in a homicide case and was report to the Board by the judge. She failed to
answer the charges in the complaint and was temporarily suspended on February 24, 1994.
McMonagle then failed to respond to the petition for discipline and a default judgment was
entered.
