NASHVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED BY SUPREME COURT
Newton S. Holiday, a Nashville attorney, has been reinstated to the practice of law by Order of the
Tennessee Supreme Court entered on April 29, 2008. Mr. Holiday was temporarily suspended from the practice
of law by Order of the Supreme Court on March 5, 2008, for failing to respond to a complaint of misconduct.
On March 19, 2008, Mr. Holiday filed a Petition for Dissolution of Order of Temporary Suspension. A hearing
was conducted on April 2, 2008. On April 11, 2008, the Hearing Panel recommended that the temporary
suspension be dissolved. The temporary suspension was dissolved pursuant to the Supreme Courtâs Order of
April 29, 2008.
