ORDER OF ENFORCEMENT

This matter is before the Court upon a Notice of Submission filed July 15,
2022; upon an Order of Enforcement entered July 22, 2022; upon a Petition for Final
Discipline filed September 1, 2022; upon a Motion for Default Judgment and that
Charges in Petition for Discipline be Deemed Admitted filed January 20, 2023; upon
Order Granting Default Judgment on Petition for Discipline entered February 17,
2023, by the Hearing Panel; upon service of a copy of Order Granting Default
Judgment on Mr. Booher by the Executive Secretary of the Board on February 17,
2023; upon Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law, and Judgment entered April 12,
2023, by the Hearing Panel; upon service of a copy of the Findings of Fact,
Conclusion of Law, and Judgment on Mr. Booher by the Executive Secretary of the
Board on April 12, 2023; upon the Board’s Application for Assessment of Costs
filed April 26, 2023; upon the Findings and Judgment for Assessment of Costs of
the Hearing Panel entered May 15, 2023; upon service of a copy of the Findings and
Judgment for Assessment of Costs on Mr. Booher by the Executive Secretary of the
Board on May 15, 2023; upon consideration and approval by the Board on June 9,
2023; upon expiration of the appeal period with no appeal taken; and upon the entire
record in this cause.

On July 15, 2022, Mr. Booher was suspended by this Court pursuant to Tenn.
Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 22.3. Mr. Booher was disbarred by this Court by Order of
Enforcement (M2014-01892-SC-BAR-BP), entered January 15, 2015, and has not
been reinstated.

IT IS, THEREFORE, CONSIDERED, ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND
DECREED BY THE COURT THAT:
(1) Kent Lowery Booher is permanently disbarred from the practice of law
pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 12.1.

(2) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 31.3(d), Mr. Booher shall pay to the
Board of Professional Responsibility the expenses and costs of this matter in the
amount of $1,065.00, which includes $100.00 for the filing of this matter, and shall
pay to the Clerk of this Court the costs incurred herein, within ninety (90) days of
the entry of this Order, for all of which execution may issue if necessary.

(3) Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.1, this Order shall be effective
upon entry.

(4) The Board of Professional Responsibility shall cause notice of this
discipline to be published as required by Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28.11.

(5) Mr. Booher shall comply in all aspects with Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 28
regarding the obligations and responsibilities of permanently disbarred attorneys.
