Public censure on May 22, 1986. He was retained in a Juvenile Court matter and agreed to file
pleadings in that court to contest the jurisdiction of the Court. He neglected the legal matter
entrusted to him, failed to take action as required, and subsequently misrepresented to his client
that he had taken such action and had filed the pleadings. He also failed to communicate with
the Board for over 4 months to resolve the complaint filed against him.
