Suspended for two (2) years by order entered April 8, 1987, retroactive to September 25, 1985
when he was originally suspended based upon his conviction of a felony. In August 1985, he
entered a plea of guilty in the U.S. District Court to the charge that he had knowledge of the
commission of a felony which he concealed and failed to report to the appropriate authorities.
