Suspended for one (1) year on November 1, 1986 upon approval of the Chancery Court of the
hearing panel's recommendation. When he received the proceeds of a settlement, he paid the
money due to his client but failed to pay the monies due to two other attorneys who had worked
with him on the lawsuit. Instead, he converted the money to his personal use.
