Suspended for one (1) year plus an indefinite period by order entered March 1, 1994. He
submitted a Conditional Guilty Plea to the Petition for Discipline filed by the Board which
alleged he failed to refund unearned fees; advanced or guaranteed financial assistance to his
clients; neglected legal matters; failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness; failed to
keep his clients reasonably informed; and failed to preserve his clients' funds and to maintain
complete records and promptly deliver funds and securities to clients when requested.
