PENNSYLVANIA ATTORNEY RECIPROCALLY DISBARRED IN TENNESSEE

On September 20, 2005, the Supreme Court of Tennessee entered an Order
disbarring Kevin L. Ritchey from the practice of law in the State of Tennessee.

The Board of Professional Responsibility filed a petition for imposition of
reciprocal discipline based upon the fact that the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania disbarred
Kevin L. Ritchey on consent for pleading guilty to indecent exposure.

The Tennessee Supreme Court ordered that Kevin Ritchey be disbarred from the
practice of law in the State of Tennessee. The Supreme Court further ordered that Ritchey was
prohibited from practicing law in Tennessee, holding himself out as an attorney-at-law,
performing any legal services for others, accepting any fee directly or indirectly for legal
services, appearing as counsel or in any representative capacity in any proceeding in any
Tennessee court or before any administrative body or holding himself out to others or using his
name, in any manner, in conjunction with the words “attorney-at-law”, “attorney”, “counselor at
law”, or “lawyer”.

The Court further ordered that Ritchey shall immediately notify each of his
current clients, opposing counsel, and all co-counsel in writing of this disbarment. In addition to
such notification Ritchey was ordered to return any files, paper, unearned monies and other
property belonging to clients and former clients in the Respondent’s possession to the respective
clients or former clients or to another attorney at the clients’ or former clients’ request. Ritchey
was ordered to file with the Board of Professional Responsibility within ten (10) days of the date
of this Judgment an affidavit showing compliance with provisions of the Order and with the rules
of all other state, federal and administrative jurisdictions to which the lawyer is admitted to
practice; place of residence and all addresses where communications may be thereafter directed;
and service of a copy of the affidavit upon Disciplinary Counsel which shall include proof of
compliance with Section 18.1 of this Rule.
Finally, the Court ordered that Ritchey shall be taxed with the costs, for which
execution may issue if necessary.

Ritchey’s disbarment shall remain in effect until further Order of the Tennessee
Supreme Court.
