and charged with Driving Under the Inï¬uence, Second O﬑feuse. On June 11, 2612., the
Respondent entered e guilty glee to Driving Under the Inï¬uence, Second Offense. The
Reependmt has voluntarily entered into a monitotiug agreement with the Tennessee Lawyers
Assietauee Program.
