and charged with Driving Under the Influence, Second Ofi‘feuse. On June 11, 2612., the

Respondent entered e guilty glee to Driving Under the Influence, Second Offense. The

Reependmt has voluntarily entered into a monitotiug agreement with the Tennessee Lawyers

Assietauee Program.
