Public censure on July 27, 1990. He was employed to appeal a case he had tried in Circuit Court
to the Court of Appeals. He filed the Notice of Appeal but did not file a transcript of evidence or
a statement of evidence as required by Court rules. He withdrew from representation with the
permission of the Appellate Court, but his withdrawal was sought after the deadline for filing the
transcript or statement had passed. He failed to seek a stay of the trial court judgment on appeal
and, as a result, his client's property was executed on by the adverse party.
