MURFREESBORO LAWYER PLACED ON DISABILITY INACTIVE STATUS
By Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered December 20, 2002, the law license of
Nancy G. Wallace, of Murfreesboro, was transferred to disability inactive status pursuant to Rule
9, Section 21, Rules of the Supreme Court of Tennessee. Ms. Wallace filed a petition with the
Supreme Court to be placed on disability inactive status. Ms. Wallace cannot practice law while
on disability inactive status. Ms. Wallace can return to the practice of law only after
reinstatement by Order of the Supreme Court upon showing by clear and convincing evidence
that her disability has been removed and that she is fit to resume the practice of law.
