WOMACK, RAMON E. BPR # 005492
December 07, 1999
Public censure on December 7, 1999. He was employed and paid $700 to probate the will of his
client's sister. He and the client made one trip to the courthouse to attempt to probate the will but
he did not have all of the appropriate documents. He never presented the necessary paperwork
and nine months later he closed his law office. In the course of closing his law practice, he lost
the file which contained the original will. Womack said he would refund the $700 attorney fee
but he later stated that health reasons prevented him from making the refund.
