PUBLIC CENSURE
The above complaints were ï¬led against Andrew Nicholas Wilson, an attorney licensed to
practice law in Tennessee, alleging certain acts Of misconduct. Pursuant to Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, the
Board of ProfessionalResponsibility considered these matters at its meeting on June 22, 2012.
In these three complaints, the Respondent has engaged in a pattern of failing to act with
reasonable diligence, failing to communicate with his clients, and failing to expedite litigation in
. violation of Rules 1.3, 1.4, and 3.2. Furthermore, upon leaving the private practice of law, the
Respondent essentially abandoned his clients in violation of Rule 1.16.
By the aforementioned acts, Andrew Nicholas Wilson has violated Rule of Professional
Conduct 1.3 (diligence), 1.4 (communication), 1.16 (deciining and terminating representation), and 3.2
(fairness to the opposing party and counsel) sndis hereby Publicly Censored. for these violations.
