SUMNER COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED

On May 1, 2020, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Randy Paul Lucas to the practice of law
subject to certain conditions. Mr. Lucas had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee on February
8, 2019 for a period of three (3) years, consisting of six (6) months active suspension and the remainder
of probation, pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 14. Mr. Lucas filed a Petition for
Reinstatement to the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4c. The Board
found the Petition satisfactory and submitted an Order of Reinstatement to the Court.

During his period of probation, Mr. Lucas shall engage the services of a practice monitor who must
provide monthly progress reports to Disciplinary Counsel. In addition, Mr. Lucas shall incur no new
complaints of misconduct that relate to conduct occurring during the period of suspension and probation that
result in the recommendation by the Board that discipline be imposed.
