Suspended for five (5) years by order entered December 8, 1999, retroactive to October 1, 1998.
She prepared and filed pleadings which reflected forged "Filed in Clerk's Office" stamps for
proceedings for a client in the Northern District of Georgia. The documents were never filed
with the U.S. District Court and were created after the dates reflected on the documents. She
also made false statements in open court regarding these pleadings to mislead the Court and
opposing counsel.
