KNOXVILLE LAWYER REINSTATED
On July 3, 2007 the law license of David A. Lufkin, Sr., was reinstated by the
Supreme Court of Tennessee. His license has been on disability inactive status since
December 16, 1999. The Court found that Mr. Lufkin is now âfit to resume the practice
of law.â
