Disbarred by order entered November 7, 1997. He was found guilty of five counts of defrauding
First Tennessee Bank and the National Bank of Commerce with no mitigating circumstances.
Additionally, he was found guilty of severe neglect of his clients' cases, dishonesty and fraud.
He was required to make full restoration to all former clients with valid claims, and to the
Lawyers' Fund for Client Protection for any money paid out of the fund.
