JUDGMENT
This case was heard upon the record on appeal from the Chancery Court for Knox
County, the briefs of the parties, and argument of counsel. Upon consideration thereof,
this Court concludes that the judgment of the Chancery Court for Knox County upholding
the Hearing Panelâs decision is affirmed, and Mr. Threadgill is disbarred from the practice
of law in Tennessee, which disbarment is to be effective ten days after the entry of this
Courtâs disbarment order. See Tenn. Sup. Ct. R. 9, § 18.5 (2006)
The costs of this cause are taxed to John O. Threadgill, for which execution may
issue if necessary.
