Disbarred by order entered June 4, 1997. He had taken a loan from an individual in the amount
of $18,000 and executed a promissory note for the debt which was secured by the deed of trust to
his and his wife's home. He quit making payments on the note. When an attorney tried to collect
the note, it was determined that he had asked a notary public to notarize his wife's signature on
the deed of trust outside of her presence, which the notary did.
