KNOX COUNTY LAWYER REINSTATED

On January 10, 2022, the Supreme Court of Tennessee reinstated Mark Steven Graham to the practice of
law effective immediately. Mr. Graham had been suspended by the Supreme Court of Tennessee for three (3)
years retroactive to the date of his temporary suspension on March 11, 2020, with one (1) year served as an
active suspension and the remaining time served on probation. Mr. Graham filed a Petition for Reinstatement to
the practice of law pursuant to Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 30.4.

A Hearing Panel found Mr. Graham complied with the terms and conditions of his suspension, and
further found he had demonstrated the moral qualifications, competency and learning in the law required for the
practice of law, and his resumption of the practice of law would not be detrimental to the integrity or standing
of the bar or administration of justice, or subversive to the public interest. Based upon the Hearing Panel’s
recommendation, the Supreme Court reinstated Mr. Graham’s license to practice law. As conditions of his
reinstatement, Mr. Graham must engage a practice monitor for the remainder of his probation, remain in
substantial compliance with his contract with Tennessee Lawyers Assistance Program and pay the costs of the
reinstatement proceeding.
