TAMPA, FLORIDA LAWYER SUSPENDED FROM PRACTICE OF LAW

The law license of David Randolph Ray, formerly of Memphis, has been temporarily
suspended by Order of the Tennessee Supreme Court entered on November 26, 2002.
The Court suspended Ra y based upon a petition filed by the Board of Professional
Responsibility alleging that he failed to respond to Disciplinary Counsel or to the Board
concerning a complaint of misconduct.

This suspension was issued pursuant to Section 4.3 of Tennessee Supreme court
Rule 9, which requires, in part, attorneys to respond to complaints filed by the Board.
Ray’s law license is currently under an administrative suspension imposed by the
Supreme Court on February 16, 2000 due to his failure to obtain mandatory continuing
legal education in accordance with Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 21. He is
prohibited within the November 26, 2002 suspension order from practicing law in any
form in Tennessee until he has demonstrated compliance under the rule regarding
mandatory continuing legal education (including payment of all required fees), and until
he has complied with all requirements of Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 4.3. This
suspension shall remain in effect until it is dissolved or amended by order of the
Supreme Court of Tennessee.
