Suspended for eleven (11) months and twenty-nine (29) days by order entered August 25, 1987,
to be followed by an indefinite suspension for as long as he should owe any monetary damage in
regard to any judgment related to the complaints involved in the petition for discipline, or have
any lawsuit pending related to the complaints. Three complaints were filed against Holtman. In
one, he became executor of an estate but failed to notify all beneficiaries or prepare an
accounting so the Court removed him as executor. In another matter, he misappropriated funds
from a real estate sale. In the third instance, he won a judgment of $28,000 for a client but failed
to place a lien on the judgment debtor's property as instructed by his client and the judgment
debtor sold his house and left the state.
