Amendment to Supreme Court Rule 9, Section 22

By Order filed February 1, 2016, the Court solicited public comments on a proposed amendment to Rule 9, Section 22 of the Rules of the Tennessee Supreme Court to further clarify discipliknary measures when an attorney received judicial diversion for a criminal offense. By Order filed May 9, 2016, the Court adopted an amendment to Rule 9, Section 22, adding an additional subsection, 22.7, as set out in the attached Appendix.
