Board of Professional Responsibility Adopts New Formal Ethics Opinion
On June 17, 2005 at its quarterly meeting, the Board of Professional Responsibility adopted proposed Ethics Opinion 2005-F-151 which sets out ethical responsibilities of lawyers employed by a legal services organization intended to provide limited legal services to otherwise pro se litigants.   continued...
